About Daniel

Weston is my home, it's where my family lives and it’s the only place I could ever imagine fighting for at Westminster.

For over a decade I’ve been making a difference in parliament, forging relationships with senior Labour shadow cabinet members, party activists, trade unions, social enterprises, businesses and educators.

I’ve delivered national projects rooted in social justice such as tackling sexual violence, hate crime and online harassment, negotiated and secured funding for projects to advance digital skills, inclusion in technology and I’ve shaped critical national technology legislation.

I have a powerful, well-connected network ready to be activated.

I want Weston to know what it’s like to have a dynamic and engaged MP with an ambitious vision for Weston as a national hub for skills, innovation, business and inward investment, partnering across the country and internationally.

13 years of a chaotic Tory government disinterested in supporting towns like ours, hell-bent on destroying what we love, has left our Hospital, GPs and dentists on their knees, the highest cost of living crisis since the war and the return of destitution to the streets of Weston.

It doesn’t have to be like this, we deserve so much more. The future is bright if we are brave and willing to take it.

I promise to transform the relationship between our town and Westminster, as an activist, I know both Weston and Westminster have to work together constructively to solve the biggest problems we face.
